General Conditions of Sale

| Article 1: | The
present general conditions of sale define the duties and obligations of
each party (the seller " CELLIER DES CHAUMES " and
the buyer).

| Article 2 | The
products in stock are on sale. If the products ordered are out of stock,
" CELLIER DES CHAUMES" can modify the order and
suggest replacement products to the buyer, who may refuse.

| Article 3 | The
buyer agrees to give full information by filling forms on the website
such as:
-Delivery address and phone number of the recipient. -Invoicing address and phone number of the buyer.

| Article 4 | The prices given on the website are in
Euros, including VAT. "CELLIER DES CHAUMES" expressly reserves
the right to modify the prices at anytime due to the flexible prices of
the suppliers.

| Article 5 | The prices given on the website
are in Euros, including VAT. "CELLIER DES CHAUMES" expressly
reserves the right to modify the prices at anytime due to the flexible
prices of the suppliers.

| Article 6 | The payment may be made by credit
card (VISA, MASTERCARD...) via the on-line secured payment system or by
bank transfer to "CELLIER DES CHAUMES" bank account.

| Article 7 | CELLIER DES CHAUMES" remains
the owner of the products until receiving full payment.

| Article 8 | The buyer agrees to inspect
the the products on delivery. Any complaint relating to shipping damages
should be sent to the carrier with copy to "CELLIER DES
CHAUMES" within 48 hour of the delivery day.

| Article 9 | The buyer is entitled to withdraw
his order within 7 days of the delivery, in order to exchange the
products or to be reimbursed, under the condition the products are
returned to "CELLIER DES CHAUMES" in their initial packaging.

| Article 10 | CELLIER DES CHAUMES" can't
be held responsible for late execution or non-execution of the contract
due to circumstances beyond its control defined by the international
laws such as : wars, riots, fires, earthquakes.

| Article 11 | in
accordance with the French law on data processing and freedom, the buyer
has the right to modify his own personal data by contacting
"CELLIER DES CHAUMES".

| Article 12: | The sale of alcohol to minors
under 16yars old is forbidden, the buyer must be over 16 years old to
place an order.

| Article 13 | "CELLIER DES CHAUMES "
and its providers are not liable for any technical problems on the
website.
